These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the PadhAI mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by AMG Innovation ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Services

PadhAI is a homework-help application intended for use by school students, with the involvement of a parent or guardian where appropriate. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, educational purposes.

2. Account Registration

To use PadhAI, you must register using a valid mobile number and verify it via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

PadhAI offers a free plan with limited usage and paid subscription plans (monthly and annual) that provide additional usage. Current pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase. Prices may change; any change will not affect an active billing period already paid for.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and are charged by Google Play at the price shown in the app. By subscribing, you authorise Google Play to charge the applicable fee for your selected plan, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Services in a way that could overload our infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or share your account with others

6. AI-Generated Content

Answers provided by PadhAI are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended to support learning. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated answers may occasionally contain errors. Users should use their own judgement and verify important academic information with a teacher or official textbook where accuracy is critical, such as before an examination.

7. Intellectual Property

The PadhAI app, this website, and their content, design and branding are the property of AMG Innovation and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AMG Innovation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including reliance on AI-generated answers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
